Services Overview
SparkleMaid provides residential, condo, Airbnb, post-renovation, move-in/move-out, and deep cleaning services. Our services are available by booking through our website, phone, or email.
By scheduling a service, you agree to provide accurate information to ensure the proper delivery of our services. We reserve the right to modify or cancel services based on conditions at the service location, safety concerns, or if the requested service falls outside the scope of our offerings.
Bookings and Payment
Booking Confirmation: Once you submit a booking request via our Site or other communication channels, we will confirm your appointment by email or phone.
Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking, and we accept major credit cards and other specified payment methods through our third-party payment processors. By providing your payment information, you authorize SparkleMaid to charge the amount for the services requested.
Cancellations and Rescheduling: You can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued at our discretion for services not rendered or due to service issues. Refunds may not be available if the service was completed as described.
Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth and successful cleaning service, customers must:
- Provide clear access to the service location.
- Remove personal items or valuables from areas to be cleaned.
- Ensure pets are secured during the service.
SparkleMaid is not responsible for cleaning areas that are inaccessible or hazardous. We are also not liable for any damages resulting from hazardous conditions or areas outside the scope of the agreed service.
Service Limitations
While we strive to provide comprehensive cleaning services, the following limitations apply:
- We do not handle hazardous materials or areas that pose a safety risk to our staff.
- Our cleaning staff will not move heavy furniture or appliances.
- We do not offer repair services or guarantee removal of stubborn stains or damage not caused by us.
For specific requests beyond our standard cleaning services, please contact us in advance to discuss if we can accommodate your needs.
Changes to Services
SparkleMaid reserves the right to change the scope of services offered, pricing, or availability at any time. We will notify customers in advance if any changes affect existing bookings.
Privacy and Data Use
Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree that we can collect, use, and store your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content on the SparkleMaid website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of SparkleMaid and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content from our Site without our express permission.
Third-Party Links and Services
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by SparkleMaid. We do not assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites. Your interactions with these third-party services are at your own risk.
Disclaimer of Warranties
SparkleMaid provides its services “as is” and does not make any warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality or performance of our services. While we strive for high standards, we cannot guarantee that our services will meet every customer’s expectations.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SparkleMaid will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services, website, or inability to use our services, including but not limited to property damage, loss of data, or business interruptions.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through arbitration or small claims court, as permitted by local law.
